The efa has been the most important trade fair for building systems, electrical engineering, air conditioning and automation in Central Germany and neighboring regions since 1990.

Taking place for the 12th time from October 12 to 14, 2011, the efa is regarded as the central information and communications platform for industry and trade with regard to building systems and electrical engineering.
